products online via a credit card or generate a faxable order
form, then check order status. Because we guarantee same day
shipping, they set up the application to automatically update
inventory when orders are placed and remove items from the
online display when we are out of stock. Then, best of all,
when critical inventory levels are met, an email notice is
sent to the right management team to either discontinue or
re-order the item. Everything is tracked in this database

customer information, and vendor information. Intelicom also
developed an administration site to maintain all business
activity via a Web browser. Management can view and update
vital information from anywhere in the world, as well as get
