With all the projects that they handle at any given time it was imperative that they had a project management system that would track each project in all phases of the development process.

Intelicom built a Web based system on their extranet that can be accessed from any Internet connection. Once logged in, project management team members enter required information at different phases of the project. Emails are then automatically sent to appropriate team members at strategic times and a complete history is maintained. At any time key personnel can view a number of required reports or dynamically build their own using only their browser. In fact, the efficiency ot this system is often used to help sell new clients.
